8:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. on the following dates:
June 4 & 6
June 11 & 13
June 18 & 20
June 25 & 27

Documents Needed to enroll:
Birth Certificate
Immunizations
Proof of Residency – Current Utility Bill/Lease with Signatures
Report Card
Guardian ID – Driver’s License
Social Security Card
